Package #1:
One to One

12 virtual 60 min. sessions

‘One to One’ includes participation in CORE’s coaching program, over the course of approximately three-six months. Participants will commit to 12 virtual 60 min. sessions and explore ways our adoption stories impact the way we view and relate to ourselves, our relationships with others and the world around us.

Package #2:
Small Groups

12 virtual 60 min. sessions with a group of 3-4 participants

‘Small Groups’ includes participation in CORE’s coaching program, over the course of approximately three-six months. If there are enough interested individuals, Sara will aim to form groups of 3-4 participants to go through the 60 minute virtual sessions biweekly together.

In the formation of groups, Sara will consider developmental levels (social, intellectual & emotional) more than chronological ages. Package #2 presents the opportunity to build trust with 3-4 other individuals, adding much value as participants share similar and differing perspectives to add to the group process.

Package #3:
Locally in Person

12 in person 60 min. sessions

‘In Person’ includes participation in CORE’s coaching program, over the course of approximately three-six months. Participants will commit to 12 virtual 60 min. sessions and explore ways our adoption stories impact the way we view and relate to ourselves, our relationships with others and the world around us. Participants within a 20-mile radius of Quarryville, PA are eligible for Package #3. Meet up places include public spaces such as coffee shops or parks.
